Well cared for pair of Bauer Vapor 3X skates. Used for one season of U10 hockey, everything in great condition with lots of life left. Skates come with pink waxed laces. The Bauer Vapor 3X hockey skates are designed for the player who skates 2-3+ times per week and is looking for a good balance of fit, performance, and comfort. -Significant weight reduction of approximately 6.5% lighter -Asymmetrical toe cap for better overall fit -40oz Felt tongue with comfort lining -Hydrophobic liner with great grip to secure foot in place -Full composite boot -Junior Skate has Motion-Flex and a LS Balance runner with a 13ft radius to make it easier for kids to bend their knees and learn good skating strides Over the last couple of years Bauer has been focused on separating the performance attributes of the Vapor and Supreme skates from an on-ice performance and feel perspective. The new technologies, new materials and different flex points are what will differentiate these skates. Vapor focuses on quickness with the lower part of the skate being softer for increased response and the upper part of the skate being stiffer allowing for increased lateral support. The flex point of the Vapor skate is in the lower portion to maximize agility and speed. The Vapor 3X skate is a full composite boot that provides tremendous support and thermoforming capabilities. The most significant upgrade in the 3rd price point skate is the reduced weight of approximately 6.5%. Included in the weight savings is a taller and improved quality LS+ runner driving home unprecedented value. The Junior 3X Skate has a LS Balance runner with a 13ft radius and Motion-Flex to make it easier for kids to bend their knees and learn the skating stride. Passed down from the Vapor 2X Pro line is the asymmetrical toe cap. This toe cap design reduces the volume of the skate for an enhanced low-profile fit, while also allowing you to improve your push-off with each stride. The 40oz Pro Stock tongue has a comfort lining that offers a balance of performance, support and great feel. Inside the boot you’ll find a hydrophobic microfiber liner and Bauer’s Form-Fit+ footbed. The liner provides good support, a soft feel, and moisture-management properties to help wick sweat away and keep your foot secured in the boot. The footbed is lined with memory foam underneath for true comfort as soon as you step into the skate. The Vapor 3X skate provides players with a great low-profile option, with the right fit and performance features included to make this model a terrific value.

The Bauer Vapor 3X hockey skates are designed for performance-oriented players who skate multiple times a week and seek a balance of comfort, performance, and value. They are a good option for players who have outgrown their beginner skates and are looking for a skate that can help them improve their game. The 3X features a lightweight composite boot that provides good support and thermoforming capabilities for a custom fit. It also has a 40-ounce felt tongue for comfort and protection, and a Lightspeed Edge holder with LS+ stainless steel blades for durability and performance. The Vapor line has been a staple in Bauer's lineup for many years, known for its focus on quickness, agility, and responsiveness. The 3X sits as a more affordable option within the Vapor line, offering many of the same features and technologies as the higher-end models at a more accessible price point.

The 3X was released close to the HyperLite, which was a revolutionary skate at the time, so it kinda got lost in the mix. It's still a good skate and very similar to the 3X Pro model but without as much comfort. It's a mid- to upper-level fully composite skate with a felt tongue and a hydrophobic liner with a great grip.
