The 2026 Faction Studio 3 is a wide-bodied, high-performance twin tip engineered for progressive skiers who treat the entire mountain—and every massive powder stash—as a creative blank canvas. Stepping in with a stout 112mm waist, this premium freeride weapon provides incredible, surfy float in deep snow while remaining surprisingly nimble when spinning off backcountry booters or pivoting through tight trees. It features an energetic poplar wood core reinforced with full-length carbon stringers for maximum snap, combined with a specialized carbon and rubber stomp pad underfoot to smooth out vibrations on heavy landings. Utilizing a progressive twin shape and Faction's signature "Boat Flex" (stiffer tips and tails with a more supple mid-section), the Studio 3 delivers high-speed fall-line stability along with the loose, smeary freedom required for modern freestyle self-expression in deep conditions. Condition Top Sheet Condition 8.0 This top sheet condition may have moderate to heavy amounts of scratching to the surface of the tip and tails from ski usage. These top sheets may have one to five chips that do not compromise the integrity of the ski’s top sheet. Base Condition 8.5 This base condition will have some noticeable scratching on some or most of the base. These scratches and scuffs could be removed with a fresh tune without any need for P-TEX repairs needed. There is no deep gouging or pitting on the base currently. These bases may show minor P-TEX repairs from the past but do not need any more. These skis have a fresh coat of wax on them and are ready to hit the slope.
