These Bauer Vapor Hyperlite 2 hockey skates in black are a size 7 senior with a regular (D&R) width and feature the Fit 1 system for a secure fit. They were purchased for my son in anticipation of him growing into a size 7, but he quickly outgrew them before really using them on the ice. The skates have only been worn twice and include the FLY-Ti blades. Overall, they are in mint condition with minimal use. These 2023 model skates offer the quality and performance expected from Bauer but have seen very limited ice time.

Perfect skates for:

Elite-level and aspiring pro players who skate every day.

The Vapor Hyperlite 2 is a high-performance hockey skate designed for quickness and agility. It features a stiff upper and flexible lower boot for optimal balance, along with the PowerFly Holder for explosive acceleration, Aerolite 2.0 Tongue for comfort, and Hyperflex Tech for durability. With its lightweight Carbon Curv Composite construction and LockFit Pro liner, the Hyperlite 2 ensures a secure and powerful skating experience.

“

There is not as much difference between the HyperLite and the HyperLite 2 as there was between the Hyperlite and the 2x Pro, but the 2 is really just a lighter skate. More comfort features have been added also, and there is a new locking mechanism. The HyperLite 2 still offers the quick release, but it's a different upgraded style, which makes it easier to switch the steel in and out. The holder itself is different and extremely lightweight.
