Medium Bauer BHH4500 Helmet (Used) - READ DESCRIPTION

Medium Bauer 4500 Helmet (Used) This helmet has a couple of minor issues so please be aware before purchasing. 1. There is typical minor scuffing on the crown of the helmet above the Bauer logo on the front which is visible up close but not really at distance. It should be evident in the first and second photos. 2. It has a small crack under the one adjustment screw on the left temple (shown in photo #3 and #8). I feel it could be disassembled and repaired/reinforced under it with a strip of fibreglass or super glue and baking soda or JB Weld Plastic Bonder but I can't be positive it will work. Currently it doesn't affect the helmet but personally I'd reinforce it to stop the crack from potentially spreading. The key is to not over tighten the screw once you have the size set. Just do quarter turns until the helmet stops moving and do 1 more quarter turn. 3. Foam inside has a couple of typical discoloration spots as shown in photos #6 and #7. The foam seems OK in that it hasn't gone brittle or disintegrating. Bauer indicates that this helmet is a fit for hat size 7 - 7 1/2 or head size 22" - 23.2" (56cm- 59cm). The rest of the helmet seems fine.
