This bat is being sold exactly as shown. At the time of inspection and shipment, it showed no visible cracks, dents, end-cap separation, had no audible rattles, and was structurally sound as shown in the photos. Scratches, paint chips, and wear marks present.  Condition is based on visual inspection only. As with all performance equipment, durability and lifespan cannot be guaranteed, and damage or failure occurring from use after purchase does not indicate a pre-existing defect.
