This listing is for a 2025 DeMarini CF Zen Composite bat certified for USSSA play. It's a drop -8 bat, measuring 30 inches in length with a barrel diameter of 2 3/4 inches, designed specifically for the kid pitch age group (9-13 years old). The bat weighs 22 ounces and features a composite construction in white. I used this bat for just one tournament, and it performed well throughout. It handled the games solidly, but now I need to switch to a BBCOR bat, so I no longer require this one. The bat is made in the United States and shows signs of use consistent with one tournament, remaining in good condition overall.

The CF Zen has been discontinued. The early models from 2017 - 2021 were called CF Zens. After that, DeMarini changed the name to CF. The first models of the CF Zen were very high-performance. But they also tended to break, so DeMarini made them stronger, made them stiffer, made them more durable. And when they did that, the bats didn't hit as well. The early models were better performers than the later models.
