Seller description
The 2018 AXE Origin Alloy USSSA Certified Bat is designed for youth baseball players in the 9-to-13 age range, particularly for kid pitch leagues. Its 28-inch length combined with an 18-ounce weight creates a balanced swing weight with a -10 drop, which helps young players generate bat speed without sacrificing control. The alloy construction offers durability and consistent performance, while the 2 3/4-inch barrel size delivers a larger sweet spot suitable for developing hitters. Being USSSA certified, it meets standards for sanctioned youth play. This used bat is suitable for players transitioning into more competitive baseball who need a reliable, lightweight option that promotes faster swings and better contact. This was a great entry level Axe bat for my son to see if he liked the handle before upgrading to other more expensive Axe bats. Needs a new grip.
