This is a Rawlings RGB36B Ken Griffey Jr. 12.5” Basket Fastback. The leather of this glove is fantastic. The glove itself is structurally sound, however the internal palm is flakey. The leather seems to be fine, it’s just the outer protective coating that seems to be flaking off. The palm of this glove has been full broken in while the fingers feel like they’re still new…what this means is that this glove was broken in single hinge with a thumb-to-middle finger closure, very traditional style break-in. Could the glove be reshaped to a dual hinge? Sure, but it would require time and persistence.
