Current Favorite
I’ve only been playing hockey for a few months but I’ve really been enjoying playing with this stick. I tried a few different sticks prior to this one, however I prefer the curve and flex on the Vapor X5 Pro. It quickly became my favorite stick. Its light and easy to maneuver, and my only complaint is that i wish it was a bit longer for reach.
Great stick
Bought this stick just for practicing off the ice. It’s been great, I like the weight of it and the kick point. I’ve loved it so far and probably will switch to using it as my main stick next season. I used to play with a P28 but this stick is a P92 and I honestly have been playing way better with it.
Bauer Vapor X5 Pro Hockey Stick
The Bauer Vapor X5 Pro is a low kick stick built in an HP Mold. The mold presses the shaft to a tighter, more consistent shape. A senior X5 Pro weighs 390 grams, though flex and pattern shift that slightly. An XE Taper above the blade keeps energy low in the shaft. Low kick favours quick wrist shots over loading long slap shots.
Key features include:
| Spread Tow Carbon Fiber | A tight, flat carbon weave used in both shaft and blade. |
| Energy Core 3 Blade | A full carbon blade with two carbon ridges inside the core. |
| Round Shaft Shape | The shaft is round rather than square or five-sided. |
