I purchased skis new and my kid has used them for 3 seasons (about 7 days per season). There are chips on the front side (as they are used). However No chips on base. The edges and bases are in good condition. Ski have been recently waxed and sharpened by Peter Glenn and still have wax on them (value of $40.00).
