Treated nylon water resistant and windproof fabric, poly insulated, nylon lined.  Two chest and two thigh pockets, leg zips to the hip, belted, acrylic pile lined collar. In very good condition.  One issue, looks like the previous owner got too close to the pipes, but putting a patch on the lower leg is a good idea anyway.  See the pics..
