True TF7, size 4.5 inline skate with added gel insoles, should fit up to a size 5.5 or 6 shoe. My son (10 y/o goalie) outgrew his player skates. He used them for one session of LTP and some basement shooting. All tile, never street, so they're in excellent condition.
Only baked once, so you could have them baked one or two more times for a great fit. Asking $140 obo, prefer selling but would consider trades for intermediate L/XL or adult small goalie gear.
