- The TaylorMade 2 HD Hybrids are awesome! It's way easier to hit than irons.
- Great club! It's lightweight and forgiving for off-center hits. It increased my average distance by 20 yards over my traditional 3-iron. 
- This is my go-to club for reaching the green in regulation. It has a high loft, a soft landing, and a slight rollout. I highly recommend this club if you are looking for a hybrid.


**CONS:**
- I don't claim to be the greatest ball striker, but even just when taking divots and regular hits out of the rough, there are significant paint chips on the entire club after three rounds of usage.
- I hit under the ball slightly, causing an impact on the upper edge of the club, which left a mark on the club. It seems that the piece is made from a rather soft material that looks like plastic. I'm not very happy. It’s permanent. 
- The club performs okay, but only when one strikes the ball correctly.

TaylorMade RocketBladez Irons are the first of TaylorMade’s iron sets to utilize Speed Pocket Technology. The Speed Pockets are featured in the 3-7 irons and then the rest are traditional cavity back designs. Despite the name, TaylorMade RocketBladez Irons are not blades, but are mid-sized heads with an average topline and offset. ### Expert Notes

These midsize irons have a generous head size, but not too thick of a top line. Players of all levels can hit these, and will enjoy doing so. Mis-hits seem to come off the face almost as well as a solid shot without losing much distance or accuracy. Speed pockets are featured in the 3-7 iron to really give you that extra boost of distance. Consistency is fairly solid with these too, and the sound is not too loud off the face. Lastly, these clubs are very light, making them easy to swing.
