The Ping i irons are all about boosting performance while offering plenty of forgiveness. Ping has created a line of i irons to replace the i25’s. The i has a Custom Tuning Port that regulates the sound so it is behind the impact point. You will find the cavity weight is drawn farther back than the typical i25 and much easier to play through turf. Notice the face is larger than the i25, which will benefit any player. Don’t forget the tungsten toe weight that Ping has added to counter the clubhead itself. Great feel and consistency from these irons altogether. If you like the i irons such as the 20 or 25, you will appreciate these as they are a step up from previous models.
