I purchased these babies from a reputable vendor on here recently and they came brand new in the box (even though the add said "Used" these clearly have never been skiid/boarded in)! However they are a bit snug on my size women's 7 feet, which apparently have grown now that I had a baby and I didn't realize it until after the fact! I like to wear my boots a bit on the bigger side. I've heard from multiple sources that these are the most comfortable boot on the market! They double as a ski AND snowboard boot, with an outer shell for skiing that you can easily remove and snowboard in the inner boot, plus walk around the lodge comfortably while taking a break.
