Vintage 1970s HOF Carlton Fisk Wilson A2514 RARE Twin Action Catchers Mitt Glove. Left hand glove (RHT). It's roughly 12.5 x 9.5 inches. The glove is in good condition. As shown in the pictures it does show indications of use. It has all of its original stitching, lacing and leather. There are no holes, rips or tares anywhere on this glove. Most of the leather is in good condition, the palm of the mitt is where you notice the most wear. Still able to make out everything labeled on the mitt. This is a rather scarce model, usually the Wilson A2514 mitt doesn't say Twin Action, which this one does. The back side of glove is also in good condition. Another aspect I'd like to point out is that the inner lining (where hand fits) shows minimal wear, only displaying a few creases in the leather. Overall this is a really great Carlton Fisk Wilson catchers mitt. Carlton Fisk was a catcher who played for the Boston Red Sox's and the Chicago White Sox's. Fisk was a 11x all-star, received the silver slugger award on three different occasions, received the gold glove award in 1972, is in the Boston Red Sox's baseball hall of fame and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2000.
