Forgot to add that I repainted the lower part of the bat white. It was originally a dull “smokey” blue color that my son didn’t like.

* The bat is solid and well-balanced, with a flared knob that feels good in the hands. Thanks to its +/- sweet spot, the ball jumps off the bat.

* Two Baum bats broke during early spring games as the outer shell deteriorated, possibly due to the cold.
* The bat I received had several "air bubbles" in the paint. Additionally, there was a smooth and flat spot where the serial number is located. However, considering the price I paid, I expected better quality control."
* We had a chip come off the end cap where it meets the barrel, and we'll send it back before the warranty expires to get it fixed.
